Showmanship - Award: Trophy.
Judging event for ages 10 and up. three minute oral presentation of one rabbit, including evaluation of conformation, markings, health and condition of the rabbit, fur condition, and optional brief history of the breed. Judge will base award on owner’s handling of animal, knowledge of rabbit care and condition, and ability to speak to a group.

Entries will be judged on well developed heads, loin and rump, balanced markings, health, snappy fur, and clean appearance. Faults: Hutch stain, moulty fur, weak or boney body, poor health, uneven markings.
Seniors are 8 months and older. Juniors are 3 to 6 months.

Best Meat Pen -
Commercial litter ten weeks of age with no fewer than 3 matched young weighing not less than 5 lbs. each. Award 25 lb. bag of rabbit feed.
Rabbit owners or their families are requested to take turns supervising the rabbit exhibit to answer questions and watch the school groups.
