Rules:

1. All plant material must have been grown by the exhibitor. Potted plants must have been owned by the exhibitor for a minimum of three (3) months.
2. An exhibitor may enter one item per class / subdivision, however, exhibitor may enter as many classes / subdivision as they wish.
3. Containers for cut specimens will be furnished by the committee. Please cut the stems long, do not cut short.
4. Blue, red and white ribbons may be awarded in each class / subdivision.
5. The show officials will take all precautions to protect exhibitor’s property however, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss.
6. All entries must be received no later than 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
7. All entries must be picked up by exhibitor at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
8. Inch (“) measurements refer to the diameter of the flower.
9. Plants must be groomed (dead and ragged leaves and flowers removed) and pots cleaned. Do not use green or black nursery containers to display your plants.
10. ribbons will not be awarded to plants whose over-all appearance does not meet the requirements.
11. Should it become necessary, spent flowers will be removed by members of the Garden Club.
